Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are calculated and displayed at checkout through the online store.

Shipping rates may vary based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method.

All shipping charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Shipping & Delivery Times

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging.

If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please reach out so we can help investigate the issue with the shipping carrier.

All Book Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of my products, all book sales are final, and I do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, accidental purchases, or personal preferences.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

I take great care in packaging and shipping your books. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, I'm happy to help make things right!

Please contact me within 7 days of delivery with the following information:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item and its packaging

Once I review your request, I will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package hasn't arrived, please check your tracking information and contact the shipping carrier first.

If you still need assistance, reach out to us, and we'll do our best to help resolve the issue.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
